This petition has been filed to relax the condition in para No.5(c) imposed on the petitioners in Crl.O.P.No.30558 of 2024, dated 13.12.2024, that the petitioners shall report before the respondent police everyday at 10:30 a.m., for a period of two weeks and thereafter, every Saturday at 10:30 a.m., until further orders.

Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioners have been complying with the condition regularly and the investigation is pending.
