[Order of the Court was made by C.T.SELVAM, J] Petitioner is the grandmother of the detenu, Manimaran S/o.Seenan, who has been branded as "Goonda" under Tamil Nadu Act 14 of 1982 and detained under orders of second respondent passed in Memo No.196/BCDFGISSSV/2018 dated 04.04.2018. Such order is under challenge herein.
2. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor, would submit that the detention order passed against the grandson of the petitioner in Memo No.196/BCDFGISSSV/2018 dated 04.04.2018 on the file of the second respondent is revoked vide G.O.Rt.No.2151, Home, Prohibition and Excise (XIII) Department, dated 01.06.2018 and produced a copy of the said order. In view of the above, this petition is closed as it has become infructuous. [C.T.S., J] [M.N.K., J]
