No.1960 of 2022 on the file of this Hon'ble Court and pass such further or other order as this Hon'ble Court may be deem fit and proper and thus render justice.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.K.V.MUTHU VISAKAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of M/S.V.J.PRIYADARSANA, Govt.Advocate (Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to extend the time granted to the petitioner on 01.02.2022 in Crl.O.P.No.1960 of 2022 to execute sureties.

2. Heard both sides.

3. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this petition is ordered subject to following condition: "the petitioner is directed to pay a sum of Rs.2,500/- (Rupees two thousand five hundred only) as cost to the Tamil Nadu State Legal Services Authority, Chennai and on such payment the petitioner is directed to surrender and execute the sureties as ordered by this Court, on or before 21.06.2022, failing which, the order passed by this Court shall stand automatically cancelled. -sd/- 08/06/2022 This order, on being produced, be punctually observed and carried into execution by all concerned TRUE COPY Sub-Assistant Registrar (Statistics/C.S.)
