This petition is filed to condone the delay of 4 days in filing the Cross Objection in C.M.A.No.3259 of 2024.

Heard Mr.J.Ranjithkumar, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.T.Thiyagarajan, learned counsel for the second respondent.

Having been satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, the delay of 4 days in filing the Cross Objection in C.M.A.No.3259 of 2024 is condoned.

Accordingly, the petition stands ordered.

Registry is directed to number the Cross Objection and post after two weeks along with C.M.A.No.3259 of 2024.
