This Civil Revision Petition is directed as against the docket order passed in E.P.No.46 of 2004 in L.A.O.P.No.09 of 1991 dated 13.02.2017 on the file of learned XV Small Causes Judge, Chennai.

2. The learned counsel for the first respondent submitted that the impugned order in E.P.No.46 of 2004 in L.A.O.P.No.09 of 1991 has been closed and therefore, nothing survives in this Civil Revision Petition.
