ORDER
The civil revision petition is filed seeking a direction to the Additional District Court, Chengalpattu, to dispose of the suit in O.S.No.244 of 2022 within a stipulated time.
2. It is seen from the adjudication papers included in the typed set of papers, the sixth defendant in the suit has not been served till date and fresh summon was issued to the sixth defendant on 27.10.2025 returnable by 05.01.2026.
3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the sixth defendant is residing at United States and the petitioner is not aware of the address of the sixth defendant. If the petitioner is not aware of the present address of the sixth defendant, who is said to be residing at United States, notice shall be taken to the last known address of the sixth respondent and the petitioner is also entitled to seek alternate mode of service under Order V of Code of Civil Procedure. Therefore, the petitioner is directed to effect service by following the procedure laid down under Order V of Code of Civil Procedure. After service of notice to all the defendants before the trial Court, the learned Additional District Judge, 2/4
Chengalpattu, shall proceed with the suit in O.S.No.244 of 2022.
4. With this clarification, the civil revision petition stands disposed of. No costs.
