Mr.C.Ramaraj appearing for Mr.M.Guruprasad, Counsel on record for the Revision Petitioner is before this Court and submits that O.S.No.99 of 2013 on the file of the Subordinate Judge, Perundurai, was withdrawn by the Plaintiff therein on September 26, 2025 and hence, nothing survives for adjudication in this Civil Revision Petition. 2.The above submission is recorded.

3.In view of the facts and circumstances of the case, the prayer sought in this Civil Revision Petition has become infructuous. Accordingly, this Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as infructuous. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, there shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, connected Civil Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
