ORDER

When the matter is taken up for hearing today, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that, though the petitioner has filed the present writ petition to direct the 3rd respondent to appoint a fit person to administer the temple and implement the order dated 11.03.2024 in R.C.No.3028/2023/C1 of the 4th respondent, however, during the pendency of this writ petition, the very same order dated 11.03.2024 has Page No.2 of 4

been challenged by the 5th respondent herein before this court in W.P.No.10046 of 2024 and in view of the interim stay granted by this court in the said writ petition, Kumbabishekam of the said temple has been completed on 22.04.2024.

2. In view of the above submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, nothing survives for adjudication in this writ petition. Accordingly, this Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs. In view of the above order passed in this writ petition, this court is of the view that no order is necessary in the writ miscellaneous petition in W.M.P.No.25365 of 2024 seeking to impled the 7th and 8th respondent therein as the 7th and 8th respondent in the above writ petition and accordingly, the same is closed.
