Seeking an order of interim injunction restraining the respondent, from removing the minor child Kavin now aged 9 years residing at A 510, SIS Queenstown, Nellikuppam Road, Kayarambedu - 625 002 from the jurisdiction of this Court pending disposal of the OP.

2. Perused the documents and heard the learned counsel appearing for the applicant.

3. The O.P. has been filed to declare the petitioner as Guardian of the person of the minor child named Kavin born on 05.12.2011 at A 510 SIS Queenstown, Nellikuppam Road, Kayarambedu. The learned counsel for the applicant would submit that the applicant/petitioner is the natural guardian and mother of child and it is stated that she is willing to render flexible interim custody and visitation of the child if the custody is granted to applicant/petitioner.

4. In view of the above facts and circumstances of the case, this Court is of the view that the applicant/plaintiff has made out a prima facie case and the balance of convenience is also in favour of https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis/
