Ms.V.Jayalakshmi, learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submitted that this petition is filed to dispense with the production of the certified copy of the decree dated 12.08.2022 made in H.M.G.O.P.No.8 of 2022. The learned counsel further submitted that she has received certified copy and she has also filed the same with the Registry on 06.06.2023. Therefore, she seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this petition and also made an endorsement to that effect.

2. In view of the endorsement made by the learned counsel for the petitioners, this petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
