ORDER

The petitioner/wife seeks transfer of HMOP No.185 of 2026 pending on the file of Family Court, Coimbatore to Family Court, Krishnagiri. 1/4

2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is living with two years child without any source of income. Learned counsel further submits that the petitioner finds it difficult to travel from Krishnagiri to Coimbatore to attend the proceedings and therefore, she has filed the petition seeking transfer.

3. Heard the learned counsel for the respondent and I have perused the materials available on record.

4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court is inclined to transfer HMOP No.185 of 2026 to Family Court, Krishnagiri.

5. Accordingly, Tr.C.M.P.No.252 of 2026 is allowed and the proceedings in HMOP No.185 of 2026 is withdrawn from the file of Family Court, Coimbatore and the same is transferred to Family Court, Krishnagiri.

6. The Family Court, Coimbatore is directed to send the entire records relating to HMOP No.185 of 2026 to Family Court, Krishnagiri forthwith. 2/4

7. On receipt of the records, the Family Court, Krishnagiri is directed to issue notice to both sides and proceed with the matter.
