Respondents/3rd party PRAYER: Civil Revision Petition filed under Section 115 of the Code of Civil Procedure seeking to set aside the order and decreetal order dated 23.02.2021 passed in E.A.No.198 of 2019 in E.P.No.60 of 2006 in O.S.No.143 of 1984 on the file of the learned I Additional Subordinate Court at Cuddalore by allowing the present Civil Revision petition.

ORDER
I am not inclined to interfere with the order dated 23.02.2021 in E.A.No.198 of 2019 in E.P.No.60 of 2006 in O.S.No.143 of 1984 passed by the I Additional Subordinate Court at Cuddalore.
2.By the said order E.P.No.60 0f 2006 which had been dismissed for non impleading the legal heirs of the 1st respondent therein, had been revived for 2/4
further hearing. This only has been questioned by the revision petitioners herein. The Court has a duty to examine whether lawfully passed Judgments and consequential decrees are put in for execution in manner known to law. 3.Therefore I am not inclined to interfere with the said order and hence, the revision petition is dismissed.
4.On perusal of the records it is seen that E.P.No.60 of 2006 has been pending for past more than 15 years.
5.The learned I Additional Subordinate Judge at Cuddalore may take up and dispose of the said E.P give a quietus to the matter and if any party tries to prolong the matter, should not grant unnecessary adjournments. Let the learned Judge hear the matter as far as possible atleast once every week and try to dispose of the same on or before 31.12.2021.
6.With the above directions, the Civil Revision Petition is disposed of. No order as to costs.
