This Criminal Revision Petition has been filed to set aside the order dated 27.02.2023 passed in Crl.M.P.No.9 of 2023 in C.C.No.889 of 2017 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Sulur and to direct the trial court to get expert opinion as prayed for by the petitioner in the above Crl.M.P.No.9 of 2023.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that pending this criminal revision petition, the main case in C.C.No.889 of 2017 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Sulur has been disposed of on merits and hence the relief sought for in this criminal revision petition become infructuous.

3. In view of the above submission, nothing survives for further adjudication in this criminal revision petition. Hence, this Criminal Revision Petition is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
