ORDER
(Order of the Court was made by M.S.RAMESH,J.) Complaining that the petitioner's minor sons' viz., Veera Ragavan, aged about 8 years and Vijaya Ragavan, aged about 7 years, are under the illegal custody of the 5th respondent herein, the present Habeas Corpus Petition has been filed.
2. Today when the matter was called, it is represented by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor that pending the Habeas Corpus Petition, both the petitioner and the fifth respondent, who are husband and wife, have amicably resolved their matrimonial dispute among themselves and are now living together, along with their minor sons.
3. Both the petitioner as well as the fifth respondent along with their children are physically present before this Court and have endorsed the aforesaid statement.
4. In view of the aforesaid statement, no further orders are required to be passed in the present Habeas Corpus Petition and accordingly, the same stands closed. No costs.
