The petitioner has filed this petition seeking a direction to the learned Judge, XII Small causes Court, Chennai, to dispose of the suit in R.L.T.O.P.No.201 of 2023, as expeditiously as possible.

2. Heard, Mr.M.Sridhar, learned counsel for the petitioner, and perused the materials available on record.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is aged about 62 years and she seeks speedy disposal of the case.

4. Considering the said submission, this Court is inclined to direct the Judge, XII Small Causes Court, Chennai, to dispose of the case as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of two months from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
