payment of centrally sponsored Post Matric Scholarship (Tuition Fees) from the academic year (2020 - 2021 to 2025 - 2026) to the students through DBT (Direct Benefit Transfer) and further direct the respondents to implement the payment mechanism of remitting the tuition fees under Post Matric Scholarship Scheme directly in the bank accounts of the educational institutions by forthwith considering the representations of the petitioner dated 03.03.2022 and 13.02.2023.
