ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to call for the records in Crl.M.P.No.9558 of 2015 in S.C.No.303 of 2013 pending on the file of the Sessions Judge, Mahila Court, Chennai and set aside the order passed by the Trial Court in Crl.M.P.No.9558 of 2015 in S.C.No.303 of 2013 by an order dated 10.07.2015 and revised the same and allow the petition for recall of witness filed u/s.311 of Cr.P.C.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent.

3. When this Court was about to dismiss this petition on merits, the learned counsel for the petitioner sought permission to withdraw this petition and he has also made an endorsement to that effect.
