ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by M.DURAISWAMY,J.) By order dated 26.9.2018 passed in W.P.No.24183 of 2018, we have directed the respondent to pass orders on the petition dated 5.1.2018 filed by the petitioner under https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

(2) Section 14 of the Securitization and Reconstruction of Financial Assets and Enforcement of Security Interest Act, 2002 within six weeks from the date of receipt of the said order. Since the order was not complied with by the respondent, the petitioner has filed the contempt petition.

2. When the contempt petition is taken up for hearing today, Mr.S.N.Parthasarathi, learned Government Advocate, submitted that the respondent had complied with the order of this Court dated 26.9.2018 by passing an order dated 10.7.2019. The learned counsel for the petitioner also admitted that the respondent had complied with the orders of this Court.

In view of the submissions made by the learned counsel on either side, the contempt petition is closed.
