PRAYER : Criminal Miscellaneous Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to extend the time granted by this Court in H.C.P.No.750 of 2020 dated 12.06.2020 amended on 17.06.2020 by a further period of thirty days from 13.07.2020 to 12.08.2020.

(Order of the Court was made by N.KIRUBAKARAN.J.,) The matter was heard through "Video Conferencing". 2.By virtue of the earlier order of this Court dated 12.06.2020 amended on 17.06.2020, this Court granted one month parole to the detenue, husband of the petitioner so as to enable him to arrange funds for the studies of his children. The present petition has been taken out to extend the parole by one month, as the detenue 2/6

has entered into an agreement to mortgage the property to raise funds. 3/6

3.In view of the above reason, parole is extended from 13.07.2020 till 12.08.2020. The detenue shall comply with the earlier conditions imposed by this Court on 12.06.2020 amended on 17.06.2020 till 12.08.2020. Accordingly, this petition is ordered.
