Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to remove the encroachments in the subject cart track of 40 feet, which is situated in the Government Porambokku lands in Karkoodaipatti Bit 1 Sy.No.137/1 pursuant to the orders passed by the 2nd respondent in Na.Ka.5862/2019/A2 dated 22.01.2020 without any further delay.
