Crl.M.P.No.5290 of 2019 in Crl.A.No.663 of 2018 P.VELMURUGAN.J., This miscellaneous petition has been filed seeking to relax the condition imposed on the appellants by this Court vide its order dated 30.10.2018 in Cr.A.No.663 of 2018.

2. Heard both sides.

3. This Court, while granting bail to the petitioner, by its order dated 30.10.2018, had imposed certain conditions and now the appellants seek to modify the same. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for respondent police has raised strong objection for relaxing the conditions and the appellants have not complied with the conditions imposed by this Court vide order dated 30.10.2018. Considering the nature of offences and Non Bailable Warrant was issued to the appellants and also the objection raised by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), this Court is not inclined to allow this miscellaneous petition.

4. Accordingly, this miscellaneous petition is dismissed and the learned Principal Sessions Judge, Krishnagiri District is directed to expedite the trial in S.C.No.130 of 2018 and dispose the matter in accordance with law as expeditiously as possible. 15.04.2019 rli http://www.judis.nic.in
