ORDER

This writ petition is filed for a direction to the 2nd respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 18.03.2021.

2. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents and perused the materials available on record.

3. It is the grievance of the petitioner the petitioner is the absolute owner of the properties in Old Survey No.171/1, New Survey Nos.258/22, 258/21 by virtue of sale deeds and patta was also issued in the name of the petitioner. However, subsequently, patta stood in the name third parties, which was also cancelled by the third respondent and the petitioner was directed to approach the second respondent for rectification. Accordingly, the petitioner submitted a representation to the second respondent dated 18.03.2021, which is pending without consideration.

4. Considering the limited relief sought for in this writ petition, the second respondent is directed to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 18.03.2021 and pass appropriate orders on the petitioner's representation 2/4

for issuance of patta, on merits and in accordance with law, after giving notice to the neighbouring land owners and any other interested persons. Such exercise shall be completed within a period of fifteen days from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

5. With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of.
