(CRIME NO.14/2022) Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition the petitioner should report before the Investigation officer on every Tuesday at 10.30am imposed on the petitioner in Crl.MP.3990/2022 in Crl.OP.2424/2022 dated 28.03.2022. Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S R.C.PAUL KANAGARAJ, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.S.SANTHOSH, Govt. Advocate ( Crl. Side)on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P.No.3990 of 2022 in Crl.O.P.No.2424 of 2022, dated 28.03.2022.
