Crl.M.P.No.5480 of 2023 in Crl.O.P.No.8102 of 2023 A.D.JAGADISH CHANDIRA, J.

This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed upon the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.8102 of 2023 dated 07.04.2023, passed by this Court to report before the trial Court on the first working day of every English Calendar Month at 10.30 a.m. and to attend the Court on all the hearing dates of trial.

2. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has been regularly complying with the conditions imposed by this Court.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition 3(c) imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.8102 of 2023 dated 07.04.2023 is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the trial Court on all hearing dates at 10.30 a.m., without fail.

4. With the above direction, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition stands ordered.
