O R D E R

The petitioner seeks for a Mandamus to direct the 1st respondent to produce final order passed on 20.08.2014 and to direct the respondents 1 and 2 to furnish the enquiry report in the show cause notice passed on 08.04.2013.

2. Heard both sides.

3. The grievance of the petitioner before this Court is that the information sought for by her from the second respondent was not provided and consequently, she approached the first respondent by way of an appeal, who in turn, though allowed the appeal and directed the second respondent to furnish the information, the second respondent, inspite of such direction, https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

has not furnished the information. Therefore, it is stated that the complaint itself is filed before the first respondent to take action against the second respondent for not furnishing the information as directed by the first respondent. It is further stated that the said complaint has not been considered by the first respondent so far.

4. Mr.Niranjan Rajagopal, learned counsel appearing for the first respondent submitted that the first respondent will inquire into the matter and pass orders after hearing both the parties.

5. Accordingly, this writ petition is disposed of by directing the first respondent to look into the complaint filed by the petitioner and pass orders on the same on merits and in accordance with law after hearing the petitioner and the second respondent. Such exercise shall be done by the first respondent within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs.
