ORDER

When the writ petition came up for hearing on 25.10.2016, none appeared on behalf of the petitioner. Hence, it was directed to be posted today ie., 08.11.2016, under the caption "For dismissal". Even today, when the matter was called for hearing, no one is representing for the petitioner.

2. Hence, the writ petition is dismissed for default. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous petition is also dismissed.
