This Civil Revision Petition has been filed as against the order dated 23.03.2015 passed in I.A.No.76 of 2013 in H.M.O.P.No.38 of 2013 on the file of the Principal Sub Court at Virudachalam.

2. Today, when the Civil Revision Petition came up for hearing, Mr.G.Surya Narayanan, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks time to know the current situation of the matter. 3. Hence, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed, as having become infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected C.M.P.No.20148 of 2016 is closed.
