O R D E R
This Contempt Petition is filed complaining that the order passed by this Court in W.P.No.6787 of 2018 dated 23.03.2018 has not been complied with.
2. This Court, while disposing the said writ https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ petition has directed the Tahsildar, Kanchipuram Taluk,
viz., the respondent in this contempt petition, to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 06.04.2015 and pass orders on the same on merits and in accordance with law within a period of eight weeks.
3. In this contempt petition, after notice, the respondent has entered appearance through the learned Additional Government Pleader, who in turn submitted today that the order passed by this Court has been complied with by the respondent on 24.09.2018, by rejecting the request of the petitioner. If the petitioner is aggrieved against the said order, it is open to him to challenge the same in the manner known to law, separately. However, since the direction issued by this Court has been complied with, this contempt petition is closed by granting liberty to the petitioner, as stated supra.
