This petition is filed to condone the delay of 1352 days in filing the appeal challenging the judgment and decree dated 11.11.2014 in MCOP No.25 of 2010 on the file of the Motor Accident Claims Tribunal/Sub Court Bhavani at Erode.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the respective parties.

3. The Miscellaneous Petition filed by the petitioners is allowed, subject to the condition that in case the award amount is enhanced, they would not be entitled for interest for the period of 1352 days.
