This Criminal Original Petition has been filed praying for a direction to the respondent to register an FIR on the complaint of the petitioner dated 03.08.2015 and investigate the same in accordance with law.
2. Heard Mr.N.Subramani, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.C.Emalias, learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent.
3. It is seen that the petitioner has not enclosed any proof for having sent to the complaint dated 03.08.2015 to the respondent. Hence, the petitioner is directed to give a fresh complaint to the respondent together with the wound certificate and on such complaint is being given, the same shall be enquired into and take action in accordance with law.
