This company application has been filed to restore the C.P.No.206 of 2012 which was dismissed for default vide order dated 25.03.2019.
2. Considering the averments made in the affidavit filed in support of the application, the restoration of C.A.No.743 of 2018 is ordered and this application is allowed.
3. The petitioner is permitted to visit the place which was sold by the learned Official Liquidator in the presence of Official Liquidator and identify his personal certificates. Before such inspection, the petitioner shall give due notice to the Official Liquidator and accompany the Official Liquidator to the premises. So that, the personal certificates of the petitioner can be identified if available at the schedule premises already sold, such exercises shall be completed before 19.07.2019. http://www.judis.nic.in
