Respondents PRAYER: This petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of Writ of Habeas Corpus directing the respondents to grant 30 days leave by considering the representation dated 18.06.2020 to Petitioner's son namely S.Soundarajan @ Soundar, S/o. M.Subramani, aged 33 years, confined in the Central Prison, Tiruchy.
