O R D E R

This petition has been filed to direct the respondent police to file final report towards the abovesaid crime no. 06 of 2016 and enquire the matter in fair manner within the time limit as stipulated by this Court.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the investigation is almost completed and the respondent police is yet to file a final report before the concerned Magistrate.

3. Considering the submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, the respondent police is directed to complete the investigation and file final report before the concerned Magistrate, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this Order.
