80 of 2020 in respect of 3rd respondent (iii) to condone the delay of 1438 days in filing the petition to set aside the abatement caused due to the death of the 3rd respondent (iv) to set aside the abatement caused due to the death of the 3rd respondent (v) to proposed respondents 4 to 9 as legal representatives of the deceased 3rd respondent and bring them on records as respondents 4 to 9 (vi) to condone the delay of 2704 days in filing the petition to set aside the abatement caused due to the death of the 4th respondent (vii) to set aside the abatement caused due to the death of the 4th respondent (viii) to proposed respondents 10 to 13 as legal representatives of the deceased 4th respondent and bring them on record as respondents 10 to 13 respectively.
2.Heard the learned counsel for the appellant and the learned counsel for the respondents who submits that he has got no serious objection in allowing these petitions.
3.Considering the reasons stated in the affidavits filed in support of these petitions, these petitions are allowed. Registry is directed to carry out necessary amendment in the cause title.
