The Revision Case has been filed challenging the dismissal of the discharge petition filed by A8 in C.C.No.109 of 2025 on the file of learned Judicial Magistrate, Udhagamandalam.

2.The gist of the prosecution case is that A1 to A3 who were related to one of the witnesses namely, L.W.3 had forged the signature of the said witness in affidavit to make it appear that the said witness had no objection in selling the property.
3.The allegation against this petitioner is that without verifying the identity and authenticity had attested the No Objection Affidavit. 4.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that absolutely there is no evidence to show that the petitioner was involved in the alleged act of forging the signature of witness L.W.3 in the affidavit. Since, the point raised by the learned counsel for the petitioner requires consideration, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is allowed.
