O R D E R

The wife has come before this Court seeking transfer of H.M.O.P. No. 1086 of 2014 filed by the respondent/husband for divorce before the II Additional Family Court, Chennai, to the file of Sub Court, Ambasamudram, to be tried along with H.M.O.P. No. 94 of 2014 filed by the petitioner for restitution of conjugal rights. The petitioner has also filed M.C. No. 11 of 2014 before the Court of Judicial Magistrate, Ambasamudram, seeking maintenance. 2.

Heard the learned counsel on either side.

It is seen that the petitioner is living with her aged mother in Kallidaikurichi, Ambasamudram Taluk and therefore, it is very difficult for her to travel to Chennai, which is, more or less, about 700 Kms away. Considering the convenience of both parties, it https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

is appropriate to transfer H.M.O.P. No. 1086 of 2014, pending on the file of II Additional Family Court, Chennai and H.M.O.P. No. 94 of 2014, pending on the file of Sub Court, Ambasamudram as well as M.C. No. 11 of 2014 on the file of Judicial Magistrate, Ambasamudram, to the Family Court at Tirunelveli, to be tried together. Accordingly, H.M.O.P. No. 1086 of 2014, pending on the file of II Additional Family Court, Chennai and H.M.O.P. No. 94 of 2014, pending on the file of Sub Court, Ambasamudram as well as M.C. No. 11 of 2014 on the file of Judicial Magistrate, Ambasamudram, are withdrawn from the respective Courts and transferred to the file of Family Court, Tirunelveli, to be tried together.

The transfer C.M.P. is disposed of accordingly. No costs. Connected M.P. is closed.
