By consent, the writ petition itself is taken up for final disposal.

2.The petitioner claims that he is the Dharmakartha of Sri Muthu Mariamman Temple at Sekkumedu, Kothakottai Post, Vaniyampadi Taluk, Vellore District, and is organising the temple festival and submitted an application dated 15.6.2015, to the respondent praying for permission to conduct cultural programme, which also includes song and dance programme, to be held on 8.7.2015, and since no orders have been passed, came forward to file this writ petition. 3.The learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner, would submit that in the event of permission being granted, there will be no law and order problem and no obscenity or vulgarity will be in place during such programme, and prays for appropriate orders. 4.The Court heard the submissions of Mr.S.Pattabiraman, learned Government Advocate, who accepted notice on behalf of the respondent, also.

5.This Court, without going into the merits of the application/representation, directs the respondent to consider and dispose of the petitioner's application/representation dated https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

15.6.2015, in accordance with law, on or before 6.7.2015, and inform the decision taken, to the petitioner. The writ petition is disposed of accordingly. No costs.
