This Writ Petition is filed to issue Writ of Mandamus directing the 2nd respondent to consider the representation dated 06.02.2024 and issue nontraceable certificate to the petitioner.

2. The Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent states that based on the guidelines issued by the D.G.P circular, the representation will be considered and appropriate order will be passed.

3. This Court directs the petitioner to participate in the enquiry and produce necessary information sought by the police. On such furnishing of information, the respondent police shall conduct the enquiry and pass appropriate order, in accordance with law.

4. With the above observation, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
