Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance of a writ of mandamus directing to transfer the investigation in Crime No.115 of 2015 on the file of the third respondent to CBI or to a neutral, independent and competent agency to investigate the complaint and prosecute the offenders in accordance with law and also, direct an enquiry into the abuse of powers and destruction of evidence by police officials.
