Prayer:- Criminal Original Petitions filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C., to direct the second respondent to register the complaint against the proposed accused person J.Kamalanabhan on the basis of the complaint given by petitioner to the respondents on 27.06.2016 and investigate the matter in accordance with law.

O R D E R

These petitions have been filed to direct the second respondent to register the complaint against the proposed accused person J.Kamalanabhan on the basis of the complaint given by petitioners to the respondents on 27.06.2016 and investigate the matter in accordance with law.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the State and perused the records.

3. It is seen that the petitioners are brothers and in respect of the same cause of action, they have given individual complaints to the respondent police. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

4. Taking into consideration the nature of the allegation, this Court directs either one of the petitioners to lodge a similar complaint in person before the Deputy Commissioner of Police, who shall assign the same to the Inspector of Police, and he shall enquire the same and take action in accordance with the law.
