CMP No.6954 of 2026: This petition has been filed to set aside the abatement caused due to the death of sole appellant Kannan Padayachi CMP No.6956 of 2026: This petition has been filed to bring the proposed petitioners 2 to 6, the L.Rs of the deceased sole appellant Kannan Padayachi as appellants in the second appeal.

2. Being satisfied with the reasons assigned in the affidavit filed in support of the respective petitions, all the civil miscellaneous petitions are allowed.

4. Registry is directed to carry out necessary amendment.

5. List the matter on 15.04.2026.
