Taking into consideration of the submissions made by both the counsel, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.M.P.No.654 of 2024 in Crl.O.P.No.26594 of 2023, dated 23.01.2024, is relaxed to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the respondent Police as and when required for interrogation.
