This petition has been filed seeking extension of time for surrender and execution of sureties before the learned Judicial Magistrate-II, Udumalpet, as directed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.2803 of 2026 dated 05.02.2026.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent.
