[Order of the court was made by Justice M.M.SUNDRESH] The petitioner is the wife of the detenu. She has come up with this petition seeking a direction to the respondent for production of her missing husband.

Additional Public Prosecutor, based on the complaint given by the petitioner, a case has been registered for man missing.

3. In view of the above, we are not inclined to keep this petition pending any longer.
