ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by RMT.TEEKAA RAMAN, J.) This review application has been filed seeking review of the judgment dated 15.11.2017 passed by this Court in W.A.No.2777 of 2012.

2.The petitioner was working as Panchayat Assistant in the Deviakurichi Village Panchayat, Attur Taluk in Salem District. Alleging that the petitioner was acting against the public interest, he was placed under suspension after due enquiry. As against the same, he made a representation before the District Collector, Salem District. Thereafter, after due enquiry, the District Collector removed the petitioner from service. On his further representation to the District Collector, a resolution was passed reinstating the petitioner in service. However, the petitioner has not chosen to join. Thereafter, the petitioner sent another representation seeking employment and the same was not considered. Hence he filed a writ petition in W.P.No.7966 of 2008 and the same was dismissed on 20.04.2012 holding that in the absence of the petitioner being made available, the Panchayat had appointed the fifth respondent by Resolution No.1/2007 dated 17.04.2006. The writ appeal filed against the order passed in the writ petition also ended in dismissal and confirmed in the writ appeal.

3.Now, the learned counsel for the petitioner has filed this review application to review the order passed by this Court in the writ appeal. We find there is no error apparent on the face of the record in the impugned judgment passed in the writ appeal. In view of the same, this review application stands dismissed. No costs.
