O R D E R

The petitioner has filed the above Writ Petition to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the 1st respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 11.11.2014, seeking for transfer of patta.

2. Mr. S. Vinod, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that though the petitioner has given his representation as early as on 11.11.2014 seeking for transfer of patta, the 1st respondent has not passed any order sofar.

3. Ms. A. Madhumathi,, learned Special Government Pleader, appearing for the respondents submitted that the 1st respondent may be directed to pass orders on the representation dated https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

11.11.2014 in accordance with law, within a period of twelve weeks.

4. Having regard to the submissions made by the learned counsel on either side, taking into consideration the limited prayer sought for in the Writ Petition, without expressing any opinion with regard to the merits of the case, I direct the 1st respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 11.11.2014, on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

With these observations, the Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
