2019-01-30Honourable Mr Justice M. Sathyanarayanan,Honourable Mr Justice P. Rajamanickam1 pages

C.M.P.No.5202 of 2016 in W.A.No.SR 73761 of 2015 THE HON'BLE CHIEF JUSTICE and SUBRAMONIUM PRASAD, J.

A compliance order has been placed, which, in our opinion, does not completely ensured the payments that were required and in paragraph 11, it has been stated that necessary funds will be provided in the revised estimate of Appropriation Bill of 20192020 to meet the expenditure. Learned counsel submits that certain payments have also been made today in the account of the respondent, P.Palayee.

Having perused the same, we close the proceedings without prejudice to the rights of the aggrieved person to move for contempt in the event the directions are not complied with.
