Rules read with order 7, rule 1 of C.P.C. praying a) to declare the plaintiff's as absolute owner of the suit property measuring 1 ground and 372 sq.ft., situate at plot no.70, comprised in Survey No.317/1A2 (part) of Velachery Village, Bhuvaneswari Nagar, Velachery, Chennai 600 042.
b) to declare the cancellation of power of attorney registered as document No.3228 of 2010 dated 02.07.2010 on the file of SRO, Velacherry, Chennai as null and void;
c) to declare the sale deed registered as Document Nos.3229 & 3230 of 2010 dated 02.07.2010 in favour of 1 & 2nd defendants as null and void-ab-initio and no rights will flow therefrom;
N.Sathish Kumar, J., dpq d) for permanent injunction restraining 1 and 2nd defendants and their successors in interest, their men, servants, representatives and agents from in any way alienating or encumbering or otherwise dealing with the suit property;
e) for permanent injunction restraining the 1 & 2nd defendants, their men and agents from interfering with the plaintiff's peaceful possession and enjoyment of the suit property;
f) for permanent injunction restraining the 1 & 2nd defendnats, their men and agents from putting up any construction in the plaintiff's peaceful possession and enjoyment of the suit property; For Plaintiffs : No appearance For Defendants : No appearance

The plaintiffs have not filed their Chief affidavit. There is no representation on behalf of the plaintiffs on 09.09.2015 before the Additional Master-III, today also there is no representation for the plaintiffs. Hence the suit is dismissed for non prosecution. Consequently, connected original applications are closed.
