The petitioner has filed this petition to quash the SPL.SC.No.76 of 2021, pending before the learned Sessions Judge, Mahila Court, Tiruvallur having been taken cognizance for the offences punishable under Sections 363, 313, 506(i) IPC, 1860 & 4, 5(i), 6 of Protection of Child from Sexual Offences Act.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the 1st respondent submitted that the case in SPL.SC.No.76 of 2021 on the file of the Sessions Judge, Mahila Court, Tiruvallur has been ended in acquittal, and nothing survives in this petition.

3. Recording the said submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), the prayer sought for in this petition has become infructuous. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as
