Respondent Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Mandamus, to call for the records relating to the impugned order passed by the respondent in and by its proceedings in Na.Ka.No.4739/A4/2014 dated 15.05.2015 and quash the same and consequently, direct the respondent to permit the petitioner to run the school.
